SERVICE TO YOUTH AWARDS

The Williamsville PTSA Council Service to Youth Awards have been presented annually since 1958 to a Professional, Support Staff and Volunteer for sustained and extraordinary service to the youth of the Williamsville Central School District. These awards recognize those who have committed their time and talents to their school, PTA/PTSA and community based organizations serving the youth of our district.

QUALIFICATIONS: Awards will be given to individuals whose performance of their professional, occupational and/or volunteer service has been PERFORMED IN A MANNER ABOVE AND BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS.

NOMINATIONS: Must be made through the school PTA unit where the nominee works/volunteers. Each unit will submit ALL the completed nominations that they receive. Information needed to complete the nomination should be gathered CONFIDENTIALLY so that the individual is not aware they are being nominated. The unit Service to Youth Award committee representative should return one copy of a completed nomination form to the District Service to Youth Chairperson before the appointed deadline noted on the award Nomination Outline form. Nomination forms are available here.

SELECTION OF AWARD WINNERS: Is determined by a majority vote of the Award committee. Nominees not selected as winners are eligible to be re-submitted the following year. The Award Committee will be rating each application on:
